what makes our school
Our values are not simply statements, but a lived part of daily school life. They shape how pupils approach challenge, how they treat one another, and how they grow in confidence and character. Consistent, purposeful and quietly embedded, they create a culture where expectations are understood, relationships are strong, and every child is supported to develop both academically and personally.
Time beyond lessons is equally valued, with opportunities to play, socialise and take part in a wide range of activities. By the end of the day, pupils leave not only with new knowledge, but with growing confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.
Respect
Respect is the foundation of how we operate. It shapes how pupils treat one another, how they engage with their teachers, and how they carry themselves within the wider community. Resilience
