Termly Fees 2026

The fees for Reception to Year 6 are £7,844 per term.

These fees include lunch, breakfast and a mid-morning snack. 

Please note that all fees are inclusive of all applicable taxes (including VAT) or applicable levies.

Admissions fees

A non-refundable registration fee of £180 is payable at the time of application.

To accept an offer of a place, a deposit of £3,000 must be paid by the deadline specified in the offer letter. This deposit is refunded when the pupil leaves school — minus any costs for unreturned or damaged school property. If the place is not taken up after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

Terms and notice period

Fees are invoiced on a termly basis in advance (invoices are issued approximately four weeks before the start of term) and are payable by direct debit. A full term’s written notice must be given to the Head to avoid liability for the following term’s fee payment, should you wish to withdraw your child. 

Fees and extras

Alongside termly tuition fees, families may choose from a range of optional extras to support their child’s learning and daily routine. These services are charged in addition to core fees and are invoiced termly where applicable.

Radnor House Prep offers wraparound care before and after school to support busy families. Breakfast is included in the morning session, and a light snack is provided after school. Full details of timings and charges are available from the school office.

Lunch, breakfast and morning snack are included within the core school fees for all pupils from Reception to Year 6.

We offer a varied programme of clubs, enrichment and extended-day activities. Some clubs are run by external providers and may incur additional charges. A termly activities schedule with associated costs is shared with parents in advance.

Most local curriculum trips are included in the core tuition fees. Residential trips, specialist workshops or activities requiring additional transport or external providers are charged separately. Parents are informed of costs ahead of booking.

Individual music tuition is available in a variety of instruments. Lessons are delivered by visiting peripatetic teachers and are billed directly by the music tutors.

School uniform must be purchased from the designated Radnor House Prep supplier. A full uniform list and price guide are available on the school website.
