Teaching and learning
Our curriculum
At Radnor House Prep, learning is shaped by expertise, intention and high expectations. Our teachers create an environment where pupils are challenged, supported and encouraged to think for themselves. The result is more than strong outcomes. it is confident, capable pupils, prepared for the next stage and ready to take it on.
This foundation is reinforced through a broad and balanced curriculum, where academic rigour sits alongside creativity, sport and personal development. Pupils are given the opportunity to explore their strengths, develop resilience and take ownership of their learning building the confidence and character that carry forward into senior school and beyond.

Digital Learning
Pupil wellbeing, purpose and ambition remain at the heart of everything we do. Alongside strong academic foundations, technology is introduced carefully and intentionally to support creativity, collaboration and deeper engagement with learning.
From Years 3–6, pupils use iPads where they genuinely add value across a range of subjects. They are particularly effective within STEAM lessons, where technology supports design, creativity and problem-solving, allowing pupils to explore ideas in more dynamic and engaging ways.
Technology is used with balance and purpose, ensuring pupils develop confidence and independence without losing the importance of hands-on learning and real-world interaction.
